Three times now I?ve gone there and my order had been incorrect. I ask for something plain they say okay would you still like... cheese on it ? I say yes that?s fine thank you! And then when I get home after a long day in which I would rather not cook andmy food is completely wrong. So 15 dollars and I still need to go home and cook something. :( Read more

Just wanted a quick bite to eat before heading out for a family outing... Sat in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes just to... get Almost cold food, way over salted fries and food poisoning that lasted 3 days. Never again will we eat there. Read more
Fast service; good food, except food was not very hot.
Waited inside for 25 minutes on 5/28/22 for the "to go" order we placed and paid for at the counter. When we saw others come... after us and leave before we got our order, we asked about it. Turns out the slip for the order fell to the floor and it wasmissed. Manager said they cannot see orders on the computer up front, only paper tracking. After getting our order 25 minuteslater, we left the place without even an apology for the mistake. Driving down the road we discovered our order was completelywrong as well. On top of that, we paid $27.68 for our food and received about $13.50 of it. Since we're traveling we weren'tgoing back. Worst managed and operated Hardee's I've ever been to. Read more
Food was fine.. Server was rude.. we stopped here on our way home from a weekend camping in Mansfield. We were kind of excited... because we don't have a Hardee's in the city we live in. Anyway, meh experience. Read more
So we have been here 3 times in the last year and all 3 times our orders weren't just messed up, they were wrong. Today was the... last straw, we ordered a loaded bfast burrito meal and a monster biscuit combo. We got 2 "loaded" burritos and they aren't evenloaded at all. Litterally only half of one of the burritos had anything in it. They mess up everything we've ever ordered fromthere and I strongly recommend you just avoid it and go down the road to somewhere that cares about quality control. However Iwill add that they have really good hash browns and are very generous with them. Read more
Most visits to this store are very pleasant but on Dec 7th 9:30 AM this morning team was very unprofessional and unapologetic
