Poor service.. Friday night in Danville IL we have a party of 9 and it has taken 1.5 hrs to get our food.. after talking to the... manager Sara R. Informed us our ticket was next.. now it has been another 30 min and still no food! She was very rude and nothelpful at all.. She apologized in the rudest way and talked back to my husband as he asked a question.. Very poor service andwe will not return! Read more
Bird dawgs not as advertised. Good experience. Deanna was a gr8 server. Kitchen was skimpy on fries. $80 not well spent.
I sat at the bar, had a delicious drink. Got 6 boneless & 6 flats. I got mixed. The sauce was like thick soup. I tried to eat... it, but sent it back for plain wings, but they were drier than the Sahara desert. I don’t know who they got cooking but I’mgoing to wing stop next time. Read more
We were sat within 5 minutes, and our waitress took our order relatively quickly. We ordered our app (cheese curds) and 1 order... of 20 wings. App came out well, however we waited an hour for 20 wings. Never offered a refill or told there was a wait. Wingshad sauce literally poured on them and pooled below them. I decided that I wanted some BWW today. I hadn't had it in a while. The only thing that was good about my experience was that... the young lady greeted me at the door. I waited over an hour for my food only to take it home and it not be whati ordered. Iordered traditional I received boneless, they forgot my cheese curds, and for me to have waited all that time my food it was noteven hot like it should've been. The sad part is I happen to love BWW. Terrible customer service here. The waiter was too busy cheesing at my damn husband to take our order. Once she finally did, she... comes and says I’m sorry I just put your order in because I forgot. We waited 20minutes. I’m pregnant and was hungry and nowI have to wait longer. Then she brings out the appetizers and the order was wrong and wanted us to wait again. So on 7-11-2022. Me and the wife had the day off and wanted to enjoy some b-dubs. We were seated a timely fashion. So we were... off to great start. But, that's where the fun ended. Our server was had only one other couple besides us to wait on. I orderedcauliflower wings which had been waiting to do for a week. My beautiful wife ordered some type of wings a loaded tot. The serverforgets she took our order. She submitted the order 12 min after she had taken it. But, wait here's the kicker. After waitingminutes the food comes out wrong. We keep giving this location chances and they can never seem to get it together. In the past year every time we go there is a... problem. Once we ordered 20 wings and they shorted us almost half. Manager was so rude and argued with us when we inquired aboutthe missing 7 wings. Went another time and they couldn’t serve any fountain drinks or draft beer as their CO2 was out. How doyou not even have draft beer this is a sports bar!! Last night, came in and ordered the hatch Chile bacon burger and the cheesecurd bacon burger. Both arrived without bacon AND they didn’t inform our server they were out of hatch chilies! Would havebeen great to know that before ordering. Didn’t get our bacon that was supposed to be on the sandwiches until both oursandwiches were almost gone- if we had waited for it our food would have been stone cold by the time it got there.
