Possibly the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a takeout restaurant. I was not greeted or acknowledged once entering and... stepping to the pickup counter. I had to initiate them to handle my online order, for it not to be ready. They didn’t even askme what my order name was, then made the sandwiches wrong. Upon reentering I was met with more cold shoulders, eye rolls andmuttering under their breaths when I informed them this order was made incorrectly. They continuously deflected fault by statingit was my fault for this poor service and disbelieving me when I said the sandwiches weren’t made right. I am baffled at why Iwas met with such contempt for merely trying to pickup my online order. This service was incredibly unprofessional. Read more
Terrible. Ordered a veggie sandwich and there was not even a half a piece of cheese on it, with only a drop of Mayo. Not worth... it. Basically paid for bread. Read more
Pastrami was chewy and they forgot to put thousand island the sandwich (pepperjack pastrami melt).
The service was great! Everyone observed physical distancing. We were traveling and didn't have a chance to eat our sandwiches... for a few hours, so the staff made sure to package the food in a way that made it stay fresh. They went the extra mile! Read more

It's Sunday and the sign says they close at 8pm. It's before 7pm and the place is closed. Employees are even gone and the lights... are out. When did they leave? Dang! Read more
