My husband walked to this Starbucks today around 3pm to find that the doors were locked, but a staff of 4 was working inside.... Someone came to the door and asked if my husband had a mobile order, which he didn't. Another gal came to the door asked whatthe "problem was" as though my husband was doing something wrong. He asked them if he could put a mobile order in and the galresponded by saying, "no, we just turned off the machines." There were others that were being let in to pick up mobile orders.There were also others that came by and also turned away. Mind you, this is 3:15pm and the store closes at 4:30pm. If the hoursare going to be arbitrarily changed, they should be listed and communicated or at very the least, the staff working at thisstore need a lesson on Customer Service 101 or they shouldn't be in this industry. Clearly, bad customer service and rude staffis common here. Terrible experience. Read more

The barista with long dark hair this morning was nothing but rude to me the whole time. He made microaggressive comments that... was uncalled for, if he was having a bad day, it was not an excuse to treat your customers that way. Read more

Prior to COVID this location was pretty solid. During and after COVID service deteriorated significantly and mobile orders and... in store purchases were subject to inventory shortages and long delays. Nowadays it?s hit or miss. Sometimes they have what youwant and are able to make a drink quickly. At other times the employees are overloaded and it takes 20 minutes to get an instore order, and mobile orders are 15-20 minutes late. In general, I recommend that you avoid this location until Starbucks isable to resolve these issues. Read more

This Starbucks is tucked into a little spot that blends with all of the other shops and restaurants in the area. The parking... lot is typically busy so access isn?t always the best. The inside is a typical store though it seemed to be transitioningseasons when I visited so it was in a bit of disarray. The food is there than at Peets but the coffee is just average - thoughI?m talking about all Starbucks, not just this store. If you can manage the parking lot, this store is a quick stop off thefreeway. Read more

As the pandemic rages on, you can avoid going in the store by ordering online (using Starbucks app) and choosing curbside... pickup. When there, use the app to notify the spot number that you are parked at, and they?ll deliver your drink to your carwindow. No contact (or at least less contact) at its best. Read more
