Waited 20 minutes before we got a server. And just super overpriced. 50$ for the special (price isn't listed on the menu?) Of 6... pieces of fish. Been many times when this was Blue Ginko. Now it's Blue Sakana...still good sushi. Had the Sashimi Salad. The presentation... was awesome and the fish was very tasty.The rolls were definitely fish heavy (not over loaded with rice). Fried tofu (lightlyfried in a ponzu-type sauce) and the seaweed salad are great starters. The food prices are up there and the drinks are evenmore, however the taste and overall experience make a good case for putting this place on the rotation. Read more
