Just walked into this Starbucks on 11/14 for the BOGO, which was suppose to be going on from 2-7. When we walked in there was a... lady who was training a girl and the second we approached the counter and inquired about the BOGO to the trainee the trainerrudely and aggressively said to us ?she can only do it on hot coffee, cause I am going on break?. At this time it was only 5 pmand then after inquiring why she said cause ?she is on break.? I was very unhappy with the way we were treated considering wehad traveled 10 minutes to give this Starbucks our business. I will never go back to this Starbucks. Read more

Sunday September 15th. Target Starbucks. Long line, 2 people working behind the counter and 1 was taking orders, the other was... filling up the sugar station, ??. Finally after 15 minutes in line, another worker appears... actually she took over and toldthe one behind the counter to make drinks...pointless. Took about 15 minutes for my 2 drinks to be made.
