Up until a couple of years ago this was a consistent excellent pizza place. 2 yrs ago for whatever reason that changed, and the... pizza is mediocre, never cooked the same, always to thick of crust for what used to be a thing crust pizza. Went to Sam and Joes Wednesday night with a large party! The restaurant was very busy. We were seated after a small wait and... were told our waitress could be a few minutes. Our waitress arrived right away and got our drink orders very quickly. Appetizers were great and all our dinners came out quickly and hot! Even though the restaurant was busy and our waitress wasflying around, she always checked in with us when going by our table to see if we needed anything. Over all a greatexperience! Our first visit. Waited about 15 mins to get a seat so not bad. Another 20 and nobody had come to the table. Walked up front... to let them know. Another waitress came to get drinks and said our lady would be there in a moment. 10 more mins and nothing. We had just started to get up to leave when she came. Took our order and only came back 1 time when the food arrived. Loved themeal but service was bad. Hopefully just a bad night not sure but will not return unless we have plenty of time. Read more
Drinks & food were good. Service was also good until suddenly it wasn't. We questioned our server about the side salad items on... our bill as they totaled just under $12. The special of the day clearly posted adding a side salad to any dinner entree was anadditional $3.95. We both ordered entrees from the day's specials with a side salad (spinach lasagna & chicken Milano) Thewaitress stated the special price for salad was only for an entree like steak that has 2 sides. I told her it was listed on thespecials as $3.95. She announced: "your not listening to me..." to which I stated that I was listening to her & asked to seethe menu to verify. She then stated that fine but she was busy & we would have to wait (said while walking away from us) Whenshe rtned to our table she said she asked the owners dtr who agreed with her as to pricing & if I wanted to see the menu wecould look at it on our way out. Always enjoy going here. Went today the service was great!! Very Disappointed in our meals. My Friend got the Lobster roll not... much meat (For the price) and he said it tasted like it was frozen. I got fish but that tasted and looked like it was alsofrozen from a box. The other order was pizza that was good. Hoping this was just a bad day but our meals were not Good!! Sry!! Read more
Great food as usual, now with the outdoor deck the view and seating is amazing
Stopped here on a whim with the kids the other night. This restaurant is so clean, really nice/ attentive staff, food was... delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back (looks like there is a great deck with water views in the nicerweather as well!). Read more
We are on vacation and found this place on Google. What a great find! The food was amazing! The service exceeded our... expectations! Our child has food sensitivities and we asked if he could get plain spaghetti instead of the French fries thatcame with his meal. Not only did they accommodate our request, but they did it with a smile! It's been a long time since wehaven't felt like a "bother" for making this simple request. The prices were good for the serving portions! We brought theleftovers back to our hotel for later! Highly recommend! Read more
