I've been coming to the Dunkin donuts on Water St for approximately 3 years at least 5-6 times per week The staff our very... friendly and take orders very quickly, the store and bathrooms as well are very clean and pleasant. I look forward to seeingall the staff they know what I want before I order it. Also, this location was one of the few during COVID that stayed open. Ireally appreciate their hard work, that includes the gentleman who keeps up the inside and outside of the store. Read more
I went for coffee here today for my break and I was very disappointed with the service. They had a minor working and he was... supposed to make my coffee. He swept with no gloves and then started touching the cap where I?m supposed to drink from. Hedidn?t wash his hands or put any gloves. I own a restaurant so I know workers are supposed to be clean. Then the owner calledthe cops on me and said I was harassing them because I wanted a refund or a new coffee. Horrible & disgusting service. I advisepeople to not go there for business. Read more

If I could leave a zero star review I would, the MANAGER that just answered the phone to my son at 8:30 AM on Sunday, August 14... needs some more training, and I WILL call cooperate .He called this location because his location was not answering and she wasquestioning him why he?s calling her and not his manager, blatantly rude, absolutely disgusting attitude needs to be removed,anyone have this experience too? I went here for about 3 straight weeks for my breakfast. I got a egg&cheese on English muffin every day for 3 weeks and every... single time I got one they would burn the muffins without ever failing. I'm not sure how difficult it is to simply take it outwhen it's done but when I order food I expect to get the full quality of that food not a half burnt sandwich. The staff arefriendly to a degree but they also seem to have a problem making decent food so I had to stop going to them and switch it up toa different different place that knows how to not burn the food I order. Please keep this in mind if you are thinking aboutgetting anything to eat from this place as they definitely seem to need some retraining on how to make a simple sandwich. Read more
Go to dunks every weekend around beverly and danvers. We gave up on other dunks in the area but they are a constant... disappointment. So we settled on this one because the staff used to be super nice and helpful. Went there today after orderingthrough the mobile app and got a breakfast sandwich a bagel with cream cheese and two lg coffees with an extra turbo shot. Notonly did the coffees look like JUST MILK but they "forgot" the rest of our order saying it sorry lots of mobile orders. . Mindyou there was an empty parking lot. They just stared at us. I am so sick of dunkins lately and I realize the world is shortstaffed but CMON. Every dunks in the area SUCKS and is super rude. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. We are extremely easy going people withlots of patience but I literally cannot with the staff and the quality. If i wanted to get just milk I would go to a GROCERYSTORE. very very disappointed. I go to this dunks every day, sometimes 2-3 times in a day. The people are very nice and it?s the quickest dunks I?ve probably... ever been to! However, they don?t label the cups if you get more than one drink and I really wish they?d pay closer attention towhether they?re putting swirls or shots in the coffee. Read more
