Pulled up to drive thru at 7:00am 3 cars in front of me. Took 12 minutes to get a coffee and donut seriously if you can?t get... the product out faster then shut it down because I will never go back there again !! it?s the longest I?ve ever had to wait at add drive thru with only 3 cars and yes they had plenty of staff along with the rude person who takes your order who doesn?t knowhow to say hi or thank you. So Saturday June 4th , I was here with my kids trying to enjoy a nice cold drink before heading out to the pool! Unfortunately... the workers were arguing and it was absurd. I believe a boss came out (she?s a bigger built woman with red / pinkish hair) andshe started getting louder with the workers and it was very unprofessional, i then saw 2 workers leave and the red hair ladythen brought up their child and I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. How dare she tell someone that she hopes they can takecare of their own child when she?s disrespecting them infront of plenty of customers. I won?t come back. This was the worstexperience I?ve ever endured. I go to dunkins daily.. but this is just crazy to me. I hope that blonde and guy who walked outgets some justice. Read more
This has to be the worst dunkin I?ve ever been to. I?ve never gone to a place that gets orders wrong literally every time. I... always order the same thing, a medium iced caramel macchiato with extra sugar and shot of espresso. Today I got an originalmacchiato no shot of espresso and I can taste they forgot the sugar too. It is always like this, whether there is no sugar or noespresso or no caramel the order is always wrong. I would just not come to this store and save your money. Read more
