Worst Dunkin Donut I have ever being to. I like doing on the go Order at Dunkin because it's convenient. However, this Dunkin... Donut never get my Order right. Every time I go in there to pick up my Orders, they never have my name on it. The Manager startscrambling and asking them to fix my order. This happens to me all the time. I have stopped at this Dunkin? Donuts Numerous times to go through the drive-through, because I was short on time. There is one... closer to my work that does not have a drive-through, that I normally go to. I will not be returning to this Dunkin donuts,because every time I order a medium iced dark roast with milk and two sugars, it comes out looking like a bunch of cream wasdumped in it and tasting like water. Every couple weeks, I?ll go back and give it another chance but every time is bad. One timeI even asked for more coffee to offset all the milk, and I know that they brought it back and dumped hot coffee into it. Thecashier was irritated he had to fix it. The cashiers never give you a receipt or ask if you want one, so I?ve never been able toprovide feedback via the survey. This Dunkin? Donuts can never get my coffee right, when every other location can, and it is noteven that difficult of an order. I highly recommend re-training your staff and recalibrating all of your procedures to bring thequality and experience up to par with the other locations. Read more

Been coming here for the past 4 months on my lunch break. first encounter ?Maria? old lady with an attitude at the front made me... wait 5 mins before taking my order just because i asked is anyone working up front. After that i started using the drive-thru toavoid Maria and her attitude Now at the drive thru window you got this little sweet-blonde lady who sometimes calls you ? Hunnybunny ? always saying thank you nice lady and all but she robs you. She wont give you, your coin change just your bills andproceed to drop the change in her tip cup without handing it back to you first and you making the decision to tip her. Firsttime i saw it i let it slide its was like .28 cents eeh w.e second time she did it had me wondering how many customers does shedo this too. so i told my coworkers about it and we all went through the drive-thru one by one she took all our change justgiving us our bills back.
