Yesterday I went to this Subway to meet and have lunch with a friend at noon. When I arrived I had to use the restroom and... waited by the door as it was locked, I assumed someone was there. After waiting for awhile I asked the manager if someone wasthere, she said that no-one was there but she had to open it, she showed a really bad attitude to me and she kept on takingorders, I mentioned I really need the bathroom if she could hand me the key and she said no that I had to wait and be patient. Iam over 50 and when I need to go to the bathroom, I need to go, I cannot wait too much. The worst experience I've ever had with customer service. The boy who was attending was extremely rude, I wanted a specific... bread that was available and he didn't want to give it to me simply because he didn't want to. And when he asked him forsandwich companions, he behaved rudely and saying obcene words and making gestures with his head. It was an extremely fatalservice. Read more
Took advantage of the national free 6 inch sub giveaway to celebrate subways new menu lineup. The philly is fantastic! This... location is clean and the workers attentive and polite. This subway even has a drive thru! I'm not sure about online orderingbut it's something I would do to get another excellent sub from this locale! Only downside was the bathroom was closed so I hadto get back home and wash them before I could enjoy my sub. Read more
I was having a good day and I sometimes stop at this Subway for lunch but.never again. The woman there was so rude it soured my... opinion of subway. As she was putting my sandwich in the oven for a minute I asked her for.a cup for my drink. She refusedstating she was cooking my sub. The cups were right in front of her and I was thirsty. With all the time that passed with herarguing with me she not only just give me the cup. She could have walked over to the fountain,,poured yhe drink and drank itherself. But she chose to insult me.
