Yesterday I went to this Subway to meet and have lunch with a friend at noon. When I arrived I had to use the restroom and... waited by the door as it was locked, I assumed someone was there. After waiting for awhile I asked the manager if someone wasthere, she said that no-one was there but she had to open it, she showed a really bad attitude to me and she kept on takingorders, I mentioned I really need the bathroom if she could hand me the key and she said no that I had to wait and be patient. Iam over 50 and when I need to go to the bathroom, I need to go, I cannot wait too much. The worst experience I've ever had with customer service. The boy who was attending was extremely rude, I wanted a specific... bread that was available and he didn't want to give it to me simply because he didn't want to.
