Jacked spicy sandwich with regular fries. The fries were chewy, didn't taste or feel fresh. The burger doesn't have enough... lettuce; it was a very thin slice, the cheese was supposed to be pepper jack cheese but I don't think it was and also very thinslice. The chicken was cooked so at least there is that. The staff was just there to hand me the bag, nothing positive that canbe mentioned, I was not offered a straw of any kind. Read more

We've being loyal customers of PDQ. We bought 2 combos to go and the surprise we got was disappointing. They were not strips but... nugget size?¡ Horrible broccoli. The potatoes tasted old. And the price for 2 combos $24.00!!! Completely disappointed. Read more
Great staff but the food wasn?t worth the price(unless they?re paying the staff appropriately). The broccoli was near raw so got... a second one which was nuked in the microwave and dry. The Mac and cheese was undercooked as well, unless you like el dente. Thehoney butter chicken sandwich was cooked well but didn?t appear to have any sauce on it. It?s supposed to be dipped in it but Iwas told they brush it on the bun. I didn?t look like it. Came with the two smallest pickle slices they could find lol. Visited on 8/28/2021 ??? For experience/food ?? Speed,inexperienced staff I visited this location while in town when online... reviewed reviews about location and food so I thought to give it a try. Upon arrival parking lot is very clean they havehandicap spots to the rights and a ramp for those who need it glass on the doors were very nice clean and you could see throughthem without fingerprints or smudges walking into the dining room it smelled just like a chicken house. Which is a good thingthis establishment has the freestyle machine where you can choose a combination of different drinks and the nicest thing. Ienjoyed in this location was the fact that they have a walk up hand washing station accompanied with paper towels and lavenderhand soap of course during this time with covid being on the rise this is a welcome gesture. I waited in line for approximately6-7 minutes there was a group of five people in front of me that all seem to be very confused about what they were ordering,took them additional amount of time. Mind you there was also another young woman who came from the back of the store to thefront of the store to do something at a register but did not bother to assist with speeding the lineup. I finally got to order Iordered the honey butter chicken sandwich combo,a side salad upon giving the young man my request I had to tell him three timeswhat my additions were on my salad he seem young, very inexperienced -could have just been possibly tired once. Most fast food chains that serve chicken breast would do much better to salt the chicken for about 15 minutes before cooking it... or use chicken thighs. It's a it cheaper than the breast and has more flavor and moister. My chicken salad was customized withgrilled and breaded chicken chunks and our server/cashier was very courteous and kind. Read more
