Called in a to go order 8 minutes prior to arrival. They said they'd have the meat ready but not start it so it wouldn't be... soggy. I arrived and paid.... It took them 8 minutes to prepare my sandwich. They didn't put in the pickle. They tried to tellme they were out of hot sauce because the container they were using was empty. Not impressed. Read more
After someone brought me a turkey sub from a Firehouse sub, I was so happy and pleased, so I decided to go to a Firehouse Sub... near me. I finally decided to order online for pickup and they did not have turkey. Also, my sub was soggy, I am a little bitdisappointed. My second experience was not as good as the first one. If you decide to eat here just know the service is extremely slow, the restaurant floor is dirty and unkept, and the staff... aren?t the friendliest. I waited about 15-20 minutes just for a simple Italian subs with barely any patrons inside. I am highlydisappointed in this Firehouse Subs! Read more
I LOUDLY AND CLEARLY SAID NO TOMATOES ON MY TURKEY BACON RANCH. AND TO BE CUT INTO THREES. INSTEAD I GOT DIJON MUSTARD Instead... OF PEPPERCORN RANCH. THERES TOMATO ON MY SUB. AND IT TOOK 13 MIN FOR 3 EMPLOYEES TO COMPLETE THE ORDER. This is why I haven'tbeen here since July 2021. It's always a issue. That doesn't make sense. I'll never be back at this time. This is Padrinos restaurant. Very good food, located in Dania Pointe plaza. Food on point, staff knowledgeable and friendly. A... definite try. Located in the Dania Pointe plaza, Firehouse Subs is a casual restaurant chain that specializes in a variety of specialty subs,... sides, salads, kids combos, fountain drinks, and cookies. They also cater. Customers are required to wear their masks uponentering. There are limited seating inside and must be spaced 6ft apart when ordering. The employees were pleasant as they eachwere making the customer's orders in a timely manner. After overlooking the menu on the wall, I decided to try a mediumFirehouse Meatball. It took a few minutes to receive my order. When I got inside my vehicle, I took a peek at my meatball sub.First of all, it smell really good. It was placed neatly in a sub container where I can see all its yumminess (not all squishedup where the meatballs are playing peek-a-boo at...I'm not saying where). The meatballs in this sub was nice and hot, covered ina flavorful marinara sauce (I took a small bite after the pic), melted provolone cheese, and spices in a soft, lightly toastedroll. Wow service was served with and attitude, i did not hear , her question when asked , but she smack her hand on the counter and... asked question. I apologize for not being able to her the question. Firehouse Subs is a very well branded concept and this location is no exception. Definitely take advantage of ordering on the... app and the rewards program but most of all enjoy all the great sandwiches. Staff could be a little quicker but is overallfriendly and accommodating.
