This Dunkin is the best in the area. They always seem to have flavors and items that others are waiting for a shipment for, and... my mobile order is always ready when I get there! I like the remodel, now you can plainly see the pastries in the case insteadof having to duck and weave others in line to see if they have your favorite ????. The hours are very generous, it is ablessing and a curse that they are open so long- enough for me to stop before AND after work on a 16 hour day! Read more
Staff is very nice and they do keep the lines moving quickly. My coffee is always on point and my food orders filled as... requested. Definitely a good business for the location, only draw back is no drive thru. Read more
I drink a TON of coffee. Hot coffee should be hot and ice coffee should be cold. You would be surprised how many places get this... simple temperature thing wrong. D&D never disappoints. Read more
My biggest issue is all the homeless people just hanging out inside. Taking up seats for paying customers, but also the sanitary... aspect. One woman had a terrible cough and it was constant, making me and my daughter feel quite uncomfortable. She also had hershoes off and a nasty looking infection on her leg. Another gentleman asked the employee if that lady was ok, and she said yes,she comes and sits here everyday. I feel bad for those people, but it looks so bad for business and makes your customers thatare actually spending money not want to come back to your location. Read more
The employees at this location don't rush making the food so it comes out great. Some locations it looks like a bomb went off on... my avocado toast ;) Highly recommend this particular one! Read more
Donuts were great. Nothing else was. Sausage-egg-chz sandwich looked and tasted old, hash brown bites were limp and greasy,... croissant was not fresh either. Read more
This location is the worst! The manager is awful. She & one of her employees are constantly mocking, laughing at the customers.... They make fun of them TO THEIR FACE, criticize everything you order. Make condescending comments to most customers. Reallyawful. Read more
