It says 24 hours on google. I went there to order in the drive thru at 11:30 PM, waited for 10 minutes at the speaker and nobody... would answer. I saw a car at the window and the employees were just having a time with their friends at the window. So I wentback to the speaker and still no answer. I drove up and the car that was there previously was still there and not moving. I amdisappointed in this experience. Read more
This location is the worst location I?ve been to. They either take to long, give us cold food, or the wrong order. EVER SINGLE... TIME! and the attitude is ridiculous. The don?t work together as one to make sure the customer order is correct and doneproperly. Read more
Perfect Burger King! Fast, fresh, clean and very courteous staff!
I had one great experience 5 years ago. This week was a complete 180. The cashier completely messed up my order. And stood there... giggling when I asked her to refund everything and start from the beginning. She must have been high. Is this the new norm? High on weed, getting paid $20 an hour to mess up orders? She even went to the back when there were 3 people waiting to order.Wow! Lol. The manger was really helpful though. Read more
The Burger King on 1800 Stirling Road in Hollywood, Florida has the best customer service ever!! When my service dog and I... entered for dinner we were greeted with smiles and hellos. Not one employee made a face or blurted , "You can't have your dog inhere"! Secondly, there are outlets in here! They are not covered and are available for use!! There is free wifi with excellentsignal to use while enjoying one of the many items available from either the app or ordering from the counter. There is atelevision too!! They even have it turned on????..While I was placing my order a bowl of water was offered to my service dog. Ididn't ask for it, it was offered to me. Then...after I placed my order I was told to have a seat and relax!!.. that they wouldbring my order to me. I mean this was unbelievable service. I'm not sure if Gina Marie (not a MGR but definitely has the skillsto be) saw the weariness in my face and acted accordingly or treats all guests like this (like any good restaurant employeeshould) but I do know I will be coming to this Burger King on 1800 Stirling Road from now on. The staff, food, prices andatmosphere here put McDonald's and Taco Bell to shame. That's another review, however, or negative review(s).. but I like tokeep things positive which is so easy to do here in this Burger King on Stirling Road. The girl at the order window was literally huffing and puffing at me and being rude because I asked if the burrito had hash... browns. And when I asked for a water bottle she acted like I asked her for a kidney. What is happening with this world? It'sonly 7:30am. I left to McDonald's........but the service was just as bad. Attitude. Rudeness. Lip smacking. Is it the city or dothey feel like they're doing us a favor? They seem truly unhappy with their jobs. :( I'm starting and Taco Bell opens at 9am.lol Dear Lord. Read more
The grease was dirty and the Chicken Sandwich and Fries taste of Old Oil. And the Fries was redipped in the grease and no... salt. The trash can outside was overflowing and had flies. Definitely need help and motivation inside the store. Read more
The worst. Never 24hrs. It's 10pm and they are "CLOSED". DINNING ROOM CLOSES AT 12AM. Drive thru is 24hrs the hours say BUT THE... DRIVE THRU IS ALSO CLOSED AT 10PM. THE WORST. Read more
