came through on a late Friday 28th October and had the absolute best service ( Nikki ) and best meal ever!! even though my trip... was on a sad note (had to travel to Louisiana to get my brothers ashes) it was a hard trip for me to make... Nikki treated myniece Katie and I with the best service and she was so understanding with our situation.. I promised her I would be back throughon Sunday (however my trip was delayed an extra day) but I did hold true to my word... came by around 11:30p. on 31st October(all hollows eve) and Amanda treated Katie and I with the best service... she too after hearing all we went through, she wasabsolutely the best!! even though I was extremely exhausted she listened to my sad event... and on that note : if anyone eversuspects a loved one suffering from mental illness, I beg you to not take that lightly... I love that I can get whatever I want as long as these ingredients are available in the kitchen. My sister's cheesy eggs with... raisin toast, and grits aren't on the menu, but she has never been refused when she asked for them. My BLT isn't on the menu,but they brought it to me at breakfast, and an excellent BLT it was! And that's after visiting two Waffle Houses in two statesin the same week. If I could give negative stars I would for the service. The food was good?..However, we had to clear our own table just to sit... down. There was a total of 5 employed and approximately 10-15 customers. Many seats still available. It took 25 minutes to havesomeone come to our table and when she came to our table only asked what we would like to order. We were not even offered menusor asked about drinks. The waitress was rude. Sweet tea was sour and had already gone bad some time before our visit. We weren?teven given utensils to eat our food with! Only one waitress and one cook were actually doing work. Read more
Stopped in for a late breakfast, food was awesome, very quick and the team worked well together. Shout out to Jon....he was our... server and he was great. He was all over the place and working hard but incredibly attentive and friendly!!! We appreciate theservice we received, and that's hard to find anymore. Read more
The bathrooms need cleaned. The vents are clogged and it was hot. Good place for germs to manifest. Only half the restaurant was... being used. But table we had was clean. After cook made food, he cleaned and threw all the scraps and mess onto floor. I figuredthey hose it down and use a squeegee, but that is a major slipping hazard. Food was ok. Husbands eggs were too done and he askedfor dippy. Waffle didn't look anything like the picture. But not all food does. The waffle was not cooked completely and tastedvery dense. While the service was great and I fully give them credit for everything wonderful they did, the food was just overcooked. In all... fairness there were only two servers working with no cook. They were very nice and the service was excellent. The food was hotand fresh and delivered quickly but just so done that it was like crunching a candy cane. If I lived here I would be back causeeveryone has their day and with no help they were wonderful. Read more
