The food was decent quality and they have a good selection on their menu. However, the restaurant was dirty everywhere, the... table was greasy and seat was sticky. This place used to be good idk what happened but Omg. We got ignored pretty much the whole time. I had to go find my own to go... boxes and the oil they use to cook the food they just dumped it all over the plate. The food was literally swimming in oil. Themanager didn’t even care. We were seated and sat there for 40 minutes watching our server walk by not even acknowledging us. The manager eventually came... up and asked if the waiterss has helped us and we said no and that we are ready for drinks and food. He took our order and itwas another 40 minutes until our food came out. My husband had nachos and the "meat" they used wad repulsive. It was hidden bythe gross amount of cheese and after a few bites my husband joked saying they must have served him dog food. He has had foodpoisoning all night after 2 bites of the nachos. The women's restroom was disgusting. It smelled like a dirty pool lockeroom andthe toilet in the handicapped stall did not have a seat. There was flies everywhere and overall it was a bad experience. Our favorite Mexican place in all of Tennessee! The meat is always super tasty and so is the cheese dip, and sides. The customer... service is great as well UPDATE!!! After 2 years of coming here as my favorite Mexican place I will no longer come here. Therestaurant has always had bad service but the food used to make up for it. The past few times we've come the service has goneeven more downhill waiting 10 minutes between our server checking in on us when there are no other customers in our area. My husband and I were driving by the interstate and this restaurant is conveniently located next to a quick stop/gas station. We... are traveling with a service dog but wasn’t sure if they allow service pets. Outdoor patio has no lighting and the gate toexit is locked with a lock. We ordered our food to go and was ready within 15-20 mins. Salad was terrible, I ordered aquesadilla fajita and had almost to no chicken. My husband a T-Bone steak and was cooked all the way when we requested medium.The steak was small and thin. The portion of the meals were small. The customer service was okay.
