My brother, sister, and I stopped to try this place while it was set up at Tractor Supply in Morristown. The young woman was so... sweet and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The food was delicious! We ordered almost everything on the menu to trybetween us all and it did not disappoint! Even the shredded carrots in the Rice Dish had great flavor. So.Good. This place is outstanding. The Bahn Mi is better than anything on the West Coast. Heady claims, but try it and see.... Clean, cute truck has all the essentials: Rice vermicelli, coconut jelly, pork buns (remember to peel it) spring and egg rollsplus traditional drinks and desserts.
