The yogurt and toppings are great but the customer service was not. When we came in we were not informed that the card reader... did NOT work and that only cash or Apple Pay would work. She also didn?t even bother to greet us and only looked up from herphone when we said hello. When we went to check out, we tried to use the tap feature with a card and it repeatedly wouldn?twork. The woman said that it seemed OUR card wasn?t working and asked us to use a different one. After we tried four differentcards, my boyfriend asked if they took Apple Pay while I rustled around in my wallet to find enough cash. That?s when shefinally informed us that Apple Pay is preferred? I love peachwave. This store is the closest store. I would give 5 stars but the selection of flavors sometimes is very limited.

5 stars. Can't believe you can get a haircut while customizing for your frozen yogurt experience!!!

Usually I?ve always had good experiences with this location but tonight was a different story. Some machines weren?t working... with no signs anywhere that said they were out of order. But the toppings were the main problem, all the gummies were stale, Iliterally had a gummy worm audibly crunch when I bit into it. I noticed a lot of cross contamination between toppings too, somegummies were covered in chocolate sauce, etc. I hope next time we don?t have an experience like this because I was more thandisappointed tonight. Since it was redone from a year ago so much better. Toppings look fresh no matter what time of day you go in there and great... selection here. Just wish they would bring back butter pecan. Read more

I don't know if it's a permanent or temporary thing but the last 2 times I've been in they didn't have any whipped cream... available, which was a huge disappointment bc it's my favorite part. The last time I was in, I unfortunately left withoutgetting anything bc there was no whipped cream.. hopefully it's temporary or else I'm gonna have to find a new ice cream spot. Read more

I have never experienced such a rude interaction as a customer before as I had here. The owner was a nasty woman who gave me the... biggest attitude when I handed my card to pay. There was no sign saying that I couldn't pay with debit card but she continuedto yell at me while rolling her eyes. After she ranted she went to grab my card but I was so disgusted I told her I no longerwanted to give her business. She yelled and threw out the cup of yogurt and stormed away. I have been a loyal customer beforeand I never had a problem with paying with my card. I will not recommend this business to anyone because of this horribleexperience and I will never return.
