What?s the point of having a drive thru if I can?t even use it to pick up an online order?? I shouldn?t have to exit my car and... walk inside all the way to the front counter to get my food when the drive thru window is literally right next to it from theinside? Simple order, 2 bowls, small coleslaw and 1 biscuit.. Never got the biscuit, and was charged for it. I never complain but this... is 3 times at the same KFC with different employees. The attitude of the workers along with always shorting my order leaves meto believe they are prejudice against whites. I feel they short our order intentionally. Just left this KFC 1 hour ago. The manager there ( Indian looking woman) was yelling so bad at one of the employees as if he... where her child. I literally could NOT hear the young man taking my order through the drive through because she was yelling soloud in the background. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! KFC is a godsend on lazy nights when you have fried chicken cravings. The folks working here have shuffled a lot and this new ... roster of employees goes the extra mile. Pleasantly surprised at the effort they put in and I sincerely hope this sticks forgood. There was some background shouting match going on but I feel like that's a standard feature of all giant fast foodfranchises. Read more
