Drinks are very inconsistent. I just waited 30 mins in line, BOTH drinks were wrong. Turned my car around, parked, came inside... and requested new ones. My chai was STILL incorrect. No foam is a simple, common request which should NOT be that hard. I endedup with a tall chai and 2 inches of foam in a Grande cup. Sigh. Very frustrating Read more

This was one of my best Starbucks experiences. I frequent this location inside the Albertsons when we visit the in laws. The... barista working this week is one of the best I have experienced. She gets to know her customers and remembered me the rest ofthe week. She even changed back to brewing the Thanksgiving blend in the mornings as I asked if they would offer that blendduring this week. I hope they can retain her as I have been going to this location for many years now. By far the best Starbucksexperience. Read more

Seems like they only have one Barista working at a time lately. I usually go and get frustrated and end up going to JC beans... where the coffee is better anyway. Read more

The old lady behind the counter is so sweet, but they leave her with a job she cannot fill, at least not alone. i head over to... this Albertson's during my 30 min lunch I'm not very far right down the street a 2 min drive at most. i have spent my 30 minlunch waiting for 1 drink before arriving late to clock back in to work. Again, its not the woman's fault, i have calledAlbertson's management about this issue and they pretty much said that because there was an associate call out sick there was noone to help her. i asked him, well, what about you, he sort of chuckled and trailed off to apologize and offer me a free coffeenext time i was there. I love Starbucks and unfortunately this location is making getting my Starbucks difficult especially whenits not just 1 coffee that i need to order. I hope Starbucks can help resolve this issue and bring in more baristas, maybe givethat poor woman a brake from all the stress, i don't want or need a free coffee, i can afford the cost of the coffee but icannot afford to waste my time waiting for it to be done. I've experienced this issue on at least 4 occasions i am now fed upand will just buy the pre made starbucks coffees... :( Read more
