No stars, this place/deli is the worst. takes way to long they get every single thing wrong even though its a check box format... they are following. Ordered a 2 oz wheatgrass I got 2 2os shots of ginger cayenne. I ordered a create your own sandwich theyforgot all condiments (dry) they for got cheese, pickles and they added cucumbers which I have allergies to. They attempted tomake another and hand wrote down everything I asked for, guess what? No cheese, no condiments, no pickles, asked for a side gaveme the wrong side. I get getting high as young kids in a deli setting but this is beyond, there is something wrong here at thislocation and if the front of house is this bad imagine what the kitchen looks like and cross contamination and uncleanliness.This was the 4th time I tried going each time it was wrong. Good deli sandwiches, but can get busy, call ahead.
I?ve only gone in here a few times and it is always the same. Order takes waaaaaaaaaay too long and they end up forgetting or... putting things you didn?t order on your food. Not to mention the staff have airpods in or are doing anything but making food.There is also no direction as to where dressing is or any other condiments that they never include with food when it is checkedoff on the sheet. At the end of the day, everyone is very inconsiderate and it shouldn?t take 30 minutes to make a salad if 5people are working the deli. Read more

Unfortunately this was the worst experience. Four employees in the deli. Not working, joking while my order took 45+ minutes to... prepare. Manager wasnt supervising and didn't seem engaged. Will want to see their service levels improve otherwise I'll ceasesupporting this business. Read more
I used to get a salad here for lunch quite frequently, but on my last visit, I saw that almost all of the lettuce in my salad... was covered in dirt. They had clearly not taken time to wash it at all, as the dirt and lettuce was dry. I knew it was dirtbecause there were flecks of gold and had a rough texture. Will not be coming back here and would not recommend ordering foodfrom here that is not prepackaged. Read more
Monarch beach market used to be our favorite sandwich place. Now their bread is dry, toppings are not fresh, they skimp on the... meat and worst of all their service is horrible. They are rude and act like its your fault when they don?t make the sandwichthat you send for. I will never go there again. Read more
