Service was great tonight (10/16/21) in particular Kevin was extremely great and is the reason I wanted to write a good review.... He helped me sort out my confusing order as politely and efficiently as id imagine possible. He even helped me get my changerounded to the dollar which I was very appreciative of. I?ve been here many times and every time has been fine with nothing tocomplain about but this visit certainly stands out as my best visit yet. In conclusion, I truly appreciated Kevin?s positive andthoughtful approach to customer service which stood out from any other experience i?ve had at any fast food restaurant. Read more
I've gone to this location a few times over the last few months and every single time there is something from my order missing.... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If you don't notice this when you get your food, then don't bother calling after the fact since they neverpick up the phone. People here need to get fired ASAP. Avoid this location like COVID. Takes forever to get your food even if you're the ONLY customer in the store. They're more focused on drive thru & delivery... service orders. And the prices. Just got a Cravings box @ another TB location for $7.99(reasonable). The exact same box @ thislocation is $10.99(expensive).. Read more
