On line pick up order at the Starbucks Westlake store?Horrible...nightmare... ordered a grande regular coffee with cream. I put... it in the cup holder in my car and just to realized a couple of minutes later it got all over the cup holder. They gave me adefective, leaking TALL cup of black coffee with no cream. Totally not what I asked for. Can even get a cup of regular coffeeright,,. OMG then I had to pull over on the road to get rid of the rest of the coffee. Please pay attention to detail. Speciallyon pick up orders. No assumption should be made. Check the cups for leeks and get the order right. No excuses. I have coffee allover my car.... Read more
Almost every day I come here for my coffee, used to be the best. Today have to experience the worst. I can not even take my... banana bread, and have to refund it. The big lady is the worst. She gave the bread without warmed. The worst service every time.All other are very polite and they do their job honestly. Read more

It is very sad and shocking to see how this Starbuck was "remodeled" and gutted from what it used to be, it is a mere shell now.... I remember spending my evenings there and even being there when Obama was elected. There is absolutely no reason to patronizethis Starbucks now. Read more
The hours online says closing until 11:30pm so I drove from sfo airport from westlake Starbucks to get my wife a drink, workers... are still inside but the door was close, so I called and let them know that closing is supposed to be 11:30 not 10 pm, personthat I spoke to said they were short of staff but literally have 4 people working, i was so ???? pls if you guys are planningto close early make sure online order is close , so people know not to drive. #1 worst Starbucks. Extremely poorly managed because credit card machine constantly out of order. Prepare to only use cash or SB... gift cards. Bathrooms are never available. Very dirty and no seats. Boxes are everywhere and not unloaded with products. Overworked staff that take it out on customers and very rude and impatient. Limited hours too and not open when they?re so supposedto be for some reason. I have no idea what happened to this location but it?s constantly the worst location. Avoid! There?sactually another Starbucks inside Safeway that?s maybe 2-3 stars but this one is the worst and heading downhill. Maybe it?sclosing down permanently but they just don?t care there. Read more
