It was a fun experience for people who never had revolving sushi before. Besides everything on the belt you can also place... special order. The beef rice bowl was good. I general, portions were generous, fish were fresh, price were reasonable, servicewere mediocre and environment was crowded. Read more

I didn't have high expectations going in, but the whole experience ended up being better than I expected. It beats out the other... sushi places in the mall. The sushi selection itself is above average, composed mainly of nigiri and eclectic rolls with somestaples. Their pricier plates were all hits to me. The funnest part is ordering something special and seeing it come in on thebullet train. It adds even more novelty to the whole conveyor belt sushi experience. The plates are covered with a plastic topand the area is kept pretty clean. My only complaint is that it can be hard to flag down wait staff if you sit outside themiddle row. I prefer this Japanese restaurant over Kura at Stonestown. I prefer the Japantown location over the Serramonte location.... Japantown has more variety. This Serramonte location is run by Chinese. Pleasant surprise. Sushi was pretty fresh. Beef udon was good. It was Monday lunch. The place was pretty packed.
