My group came here to try because we got an ad. The staff was very friendly and nice and provided some recommendations to try --... we ended up getting the "Creator Vs. The World," "Gastronaut," and "Tumami." It was interesting to watch the machines make allthe burgers. When we took the first bite, the favors were good. However, it was basically downhill from there because all theburgers were very greasy & salty. It was very messy to eat. There was so just so much sauce going everywhere. I couldn't stomachmore than half the burger because of how fatty everything felt... I think one time visit is enough, and I wouldn't come hereagain. Read more
Definitely best fast food I have ever had. The bun is superior. Beef patty is freshly grounded. Unlike other thin and dry... smashed burger, this is thick and juicy (cooked medium). It's not too salty and you can taste the strong beef flavor. Love it Read more
A Robot Chef? A very tasty burger to order! I am a diabetic2 and have to minimize carbohydrates. I had a lettuce burger (messy... to eat) but great ????????. My wife had a Cheeseburger and well done. Flowers on table are a nice touch. Alex, the greeter andorder taker is cordial and very courteous. Lemongrass beverage is tasty. Gotu cola wasn't good. Overall, a great time! Read more
Nice clean inviting environment. I actually wasn't a huge fan of the spices on the Creator Burger but I imagine a lot of people... would love it. The fact that all of their food is transparently sourced is excellent and of course it's super cool to watch therobots make your burger! Read more
Frankly, go elsewhere if you want a burger. I get the idea of automation and precision, but they still had 6 employees working,... and I prefer humans anyway. What's the point of this place? The machinery takes up 2/3 of the space. They do have indoor andoutdoor seating. There are definitely better options out there. Don't bother. Even the way they presented the food was messy andunappealing. Overall, blech. Update: The owners replied and I think they missed my entire point. The burger not only tastedawful, their "precision" as they call it was way off. As you can see in the photos, the burger box is covered in cheese andtotally singed. I appreciate their efforts on all accounts, but they need to do better, and you can do better by going somewhereelse for a burger. Read more

I felt luckiest when I found the Creator, which had been my favorite burger place as well as tour spot for international... visitors for food tech. The original location was closed during pandemic, but the other creator is here! I don?t see the fullautomatic big machine here and some of the process are done by human in this store, but you would still enjoy robots aregrilling patty and place on the bun, and another machine which pours different sauces on buns for exact amount depending on menu(for Kpop burger, exactly 12 ml of Kimchi mayo and 12ml of Kalbi sauce) The taste is as great as the first shop, and price isquite affordable. It is like $18 gourmet burger at a good restaurant for only $6.5. I really like their buns from Le Boulanger,and patty of brisket and chunk of beef from Country Natural Beef. Read more
Pleasant looking restaurant with automated burger cooking machine and saucer. This burger place has plenty of interior seating,... a good selection of food, and great service. I like the concept, having a machine cooking the burgers, since heat is a dangerousaspect in kitchens. A human puts the buns in the boxes and prepares almost all the other ingredients though. The burger robotcan cook up to six patties at once, according to an employee I spoke to. The cheese wasn't fully melted and the box was a bitbrowned, so there might be some more work to be done, but the cheeseburger tasted pretty good. The prices were fair and the icedtea was also pretty good. My total was just under $10 after tax. Overall, this is an interesting place to check out. There'salso a restroom and some free coloring pages and crayons to keep a child occupied. Read more
