Very unhappy experience. The restaurant was closed while it was supposed to be open. There was no one in the drive through... window to take my order and after I called a few times somebody appeared. I cannot say for the inside of the restaurant, but theoutside was definitely not clean. They were not able to give me a receipt. My burger was a totally new conception: The ban wasBETWEEN what usually is the stuffing. No wonder that for the 10 minutes I was there nobody else was there before or behind me. Read more
Worst restaurant been to in long time. Employees are careless and play around and slow. Stuff is never in stock. Always out of a... bunch of stuff. Couldn't even use the app and didn't give what ordered. No napkins, no compensation. Attitude. Read more

Employees ALWAYS getting my orders wrong here. Whoever the little girl taking orders on drive thru is is rude as hell and just... doesn't know how to speak to customers at all. They got my order completely wrong gave me half cooked food and salted the fries beyond edibility! I am calling corporate for... this one due to the fact some of the food was for children! Check the food before leaving everyone it's important especially ifkids are involved! Read more
so i had been trying to be a customer here but the previous times i?ve gone and i order for stuff apparently they don?t have it... so a few days ago i went and they said i couldn?t order anything the machine was down litterally on saturday night to be exactaround 8 pm (july 9) then this morning july 12 i go to try out breakfast try it out and see if i start coming to wendy?s forbreakfeast and recommend it to my friends but i go and as soon as i approached the window they said they had no biscuits i thenordered a coffee and they didn?t have coffee at the moment. so i only ordered fries and left very unsatisfied and unhappy! ihope ceo or managements sees this reviews and does something on inventory there are first time customers who will never returnwith an inconvenience like this specially back to back?. fries were delicious Read more
In all honesty I generally try to avoid this Wendy's due to previous experiences, but the family wanted it and I didn't feel... like driving across town. I know fast food like most industries are short handed, but if you hate you job to the point of beingrude, find something else. The girl taking orders would ask if I had anything else before i finished speaking. I ordered a tacosalad and a coke amongst other items, and was told they were out of chili and coke.... really... I say ok, no big, supply chainissues? Get to the window to pay and it's the same girl, I give her my card, she gives me the drinks while acting like Iinterrupted her day, I ask for a drink carrier and she practically those it at me while rolling her eyes... I really had tocontain myself and if I hadn't already paid I would have been done, but I didn't want to deal with them inside... They prettymuch tossed a bag of food at me and closed the window so I yell through the window they forgot the taco salad with no chili andthey open the window and toss it... sorry, have a great day.... This is the worst Wendy's ever! Do yourself a favor and pick a different location. The manager and staff are beyond incompetent,... it's unreal. I keep coming back here, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but time and time again they mess up every. single.one. of. my. orders. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!! I have to leave them a terrible review to let other people know NOT to go here.Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!! The food is cold food 24/7. They're always out of ingredients.
