3 AM in the morning Me my buddy were trying to find a McDonald's to I'll be to grab food at.. All of the McDonald's that we had... stopped at after a long festival were closed when they said that they were open on Google. Bubbles was the cook and became waitress too. The waitress ended up on a personal call sitting in a booth close by. However when... we paid and requested the tip be Bubbles the phone waitress became rude!!! Thanks Bubbles for great service and the food wasgreat!! Read more

They weren't ON today. It wasn't even busy or crowded and there didn't appear to be many pick-up orders large or small. The... crew simply was OFF on this particular morning. It happens. Slow with the coffee. Luke warm and sometimes crunchy grits. Wasgiven white toast without being asked what I'd prefer. I had to ask for jelly and a coffee refill. It was as if I was invisible.Cute sign at the register requested to not speak ill of the staff/service and if the customer thought that they could do better,applications were available. That spoke volumes about this particular establishments lack of accountability. Read more
Giving it four stars because of the service. The server was very friendly, smiling and efficient. The preparation of the food... didn't impress me. I always had the choice of adding or not butter to my grits. In this particular Waffle House, I didn't havethat choice. The grits came drowning in butter, the French toasts came cut in small pieces with no powered sugar on top, hashbrowns came barely cooked inside. I ate a tiny bit of everything because I was very hungry after traveling all night. Place wasclean and I noticed that some locals were accustomed to come by and have breakfast quite often, or maybe even daily. As for me,I don't think I'll ever go back to that place. It's a shame because it's right off I-75, and very convenient for travelers. Read more
Nice Waffle House. Ate here twice during our stay in Dalton, once fairly late at night, and the other late morning. Both times... had great meals. And my husband said it was the fluffiest waffle he?s ever had at a Waffle House. Pretty clean, though thebathroom could use some attention. Keep up the great work. Read more
Dirty... yucky that about sums it up but I will share more the tea was ransid so they did replace it and took it off the bill. ... 3 jalapeños in my hashbrowns wow usually there are too many didn't pay attention on our way in but on the way out the waffleiron were disgusting I've gone to waffle house for years never seen that area so awful would have left if we would have seen it.
