We ordered a steak sub. It came out COLD AND BURNED! It wasn't even warmed. I paid for extra EVERYTHING and they definitely... didn't put it on my sub but they put a metric ton of mayonnaise. Gross I ordered online and picked it up which was my ownmistake. Ruined my day. Read more
The husband and I went in to get food for two nights and the new guy was so patient with us both. It was a young man and a girl... I didn't recognize from any of our previous visits and they were both very nice. The menu was a lot smaller than I rememberedand they explained the company had recently redesigned everything. Even the bread options were shorter. Thankfully they stillhad the options my husband and I like. He got a meatball sub on hearty wholegrain and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki wrap and Igot a tuna salad, salad bowl and one of the new options on the Italian herbs and cheese. The new one was the steak Californiaavocado something or othsr with bacon and even with all the veg I added the young man was able to get it folded and cut withoutmaking a mess for me when I got home. We both tried the new Parmesean vinegret and couldn't taste it on the sandwich. It wasmore like we had gotten the vinegar and oil instead. All in all very satisfied and we were fed for two nights.
