I ordered the cheese burger on toasted bread, they didnt have the onion ring to go on the sandwich, because they didn't have a... cook for them due to being short handed. I understand that, so I said just put regular onion on it. But what I don't understandis why my sandwich was soaking wet. I couldn't eat it. When I opened the wrapper liquid poured into my lap. I recently visited this location and I must say I?m surprised, but not surprised about the horrible customer service I received.... All I wanted was a route 44 soda and I use the app to place my order. I went to drive-through like normal to let them know thatI was there to pick up my order. There were two cars in front of me it took over 10 minutes for me to even get to thedrive-through order box because the other two cars had to place their orders, but the person taking orders was so slow that ittook forever. After waiting over 10 minutes to even let them know I was there, I just drove up to the actual pick up window. Isee a girl inside eating while making orders I ask her ?what?s the deal with drive thru, why are you guys so slow?? She goes onto tell me that the reason why she?s eating is because ?she?s diabetic?. I told her that before she makes anything for me sheneeds to wash her hand. There is no way you should be eating and making orders. Then she tells me that the reason why Idrive-through is so slow it?s because she?s the only person in there that can run drive-through there?s only ?one headset?,there are two employees working with her. She?s the only one trained and she cannot take drive-through orders, while helpingcustomers that have pulled in to the carhop section. So basically we had to wait for her to talk to people at the car hopstation before she could help somebody in drive-through which was absolutely insane. I told her that she needed to wash herhands, I don?t play games when it comes to my food or my beverages. She didn?t wash her hands, she actually had another teammember that was working with her make my order, so needless to say anybody that went to this location on Saturday evening youprobably had your meal made by someone that was eating, taking orders, touching money and touching your food! ???????? This particular Sonic located on Walnut Dr in Dalton has the best chilly cheese hotdogs of any Sonic I've ever been to. Most... times when you order the CC HD it comes out sloppy and requiring a knife and fork to eat. Not at this Sonic, they come outperfect every time. I believe hotdogs should be eaten with your fingers, not eating utensils and so does this Sonic. Read more

Went through the drive through and waited foevwerfor someone to even come on the speaker to ask for my order. I ordered 3... drinks. Nothing fancy. Waited over 20 minutes before I finally drove off! I will never give this establishment my businessagain. Shirt staffed does not excuse 20+ minutes on 3 drinks. Read more
This place doesn?t even deserve a 1 start to bad I couldn?t choose no stars. Every time you come through here they always say... that there is only 1 person working or only 2 people in the building working and they take forever to answer at the speaker ,and to greet you period. This is the most awful sonic there is. They need to go ahead and shut down this store , because I?msure they lose a lot of business every day with a slack of help and slack of customer service.
