Pizza is always great at pizza hut so you know what to expect there. Hands down best wings in the pizza game. They're a bit... pricey but well worth the money. This store in particular has some of the best customer service. For example, they didn't haveolives and took the time to call and ask what was a good replacement. In a day and time when you order food and may be lucky toget close to what you ask for, they took the time to call and make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you Pizza hut onCleveland Hwy. We ordered from here last night and the woman that answered the phone was rude, like she hated her job and us for calling. My... boyfriend continued to order anyway. The food was okay but the girl that delivered looked like she just got off a three daybinge and was complaining about other customers not tipping enough. Nope, not ordering here anymore. People always look likethey're on something, afraid of what you'll get in your food. If we decide we want Pizza Hut we'll go to a different town to getit. The entrance to here was narrow and not friendly to non locals. In fact, I don't know if it was a pot hole, something in the... road but I hit something and cracked my bumper. That aside, the website has no way to check in. No big deal. Go in. Frontcashier with spaceship tattoo is friendly and SUPER helpful. Even gives us tons of napkins and plates. However he was the onlygood part of our experience. He took my name, told me about 5 mins. Cool. I see like 5 pizzas go into their warmer and 3people come in and are helped in the meantime. Im kind of confused why my pizza's not up. I wait for the 3rd person to pay andapproach the counter. She asks my name and then the tatted guy comes up and says she doesn't have her pizza? I told you it wasup. They just threw my pizza in the warmer. They didn't ask the THREE OTHER people standing in front of them if it was one ofours. It was in there at LEAST 15 mins! Then when I get it to our hotel, its a mess. Most of the pepperoni is on one slice andthey didn't season the crust...the best part of pizza hut stuffed crust. It also wasn't cut properly so that was fun in a hotelroom. I tried to call and nobody answered. I should stop going to pizza hut. Period. Read more
