I absolutely hate this location. They're always closed from 1:30am up to 5:00am. Theres been multiple occasions I?ve wanted to... purchase food and the person at the speaker says ?sorry we?re closed?. When they do take my order the kids at the window arehigh and the smell drifts into my car. Its pathetic. Besides that it?s crazy because I can drive down to the W Walnut locationat anytime and order without an issue (aka open 24/7). Like most fast food restaurants, food is not really fast some times, nor cheap. This one, especially, is not having any of the... promotions or offers to be found in nearby cities. They are fast when it comes to certain "mainstream" items, but if you want tocustomize your order most of the time they don't know what and how to do it. Understandable when most of the staff areoccasional temps and part-timers. I usually visit once a week, just for a specific breakfast item. Whenever I tried somethingmore, it was a disappointment. Doors to the restaurant were locked at 8:52pm - said they lock them early for cleaning. That's fine, I get it, nobody likes a... buzzer beater - but then don't let me submit a mobile order for takeout if your doors are locked! At least they let me in for myorder. Read more
I don?t even know why I?m posting this, it?s not like anyone will care. However, I made a mobile order online and my husband... came in and picked it up. He got outside and handed me the bag and the whole bottom fell out. The biggest and cheeseburger werefine, but the fires went everywhere. Well they wouldn?t simply replace it for us they had to charge us again. People haven?t nolonger got empathy no more. If it was one of you this happened to you with whatever type of order you had, YOU would want itreplaced for FREE!!!!!!!!! It?s not my fault that YOUR bags bottom fell out. A very low class move. Very disappointed. No customer was in line as I waited 10 mins as the associated socialize among themselves. I finally got one... of the employees attention to service me. Let's just say she was very unprofessional and rude. I'm sorry I bothered their socialclub and interrupted them so they can serve me. No manners whatsoever. Never said thank you or even acknowledge my order wasready. When I finally picked up my order she had a very upset look on her. McDonald you hired this employee and this employeerepresents you. The remodel at Varnell is complete, the store looks fantastic, and there are kiosks to order from in the lobby now. As always,... the food and the crew are far superior to the other McD's in the area! Read more
Ordered through the drive thru, used code from app with my order. Pulled up to pay and seen everyone on their phones. Didn't... care really until I pulled up to get my order which took 15 mins sitting at the window watching all the ladies texting andlaughing. Was giving my order and asked to pull up and wait for my free BigMac, I complied and wait another 20 mins for myburger. Called twice to remind them got a call back asking if I was the person waiting for my big Mac, waited another 10 mins.They gave me my burger just to get home and see it was a quarter pounder no cheese.
