1 person inside. 1 person outside on the phone smoking...could've been her break. Took a long time for them to take my order,... so I thought. The car that was at the food window when we first pulled up was there for 30 minutes more. Therefore we did notget to the food window at all. 30 minutes after we finally ordered we left.. and we were right behind the car that was supposedto be getting food. Read more

Went here just for a chili cheese fries and a chick m. I got my chili cheese fry had to pull up and wait for my chic my 1 chic... , waited 15 min for it to get home fries tasted like they were cooked in grease that needed changed out cause burnt pieces wereon the fries I thought they were checker fries they were brown and my chicken tasted like it had Been cooked earlier andrefried it was so nasty I couldn?t finish it and neither did my dogs so I know it had to been nasty. This Krystal needs closeddown for good cause if you go later in the night they don?t have anything and I don?t understand what their doing all day no oneis ever there!!! Read more
Service usually no good, food sux but on this visit excellent service so I asked if the girl was new her name was Kourtney and... she was helping out from across town. She was friendly and even tho I got cheese on my Krystal's didn't mind it because of theservice. Can we keep her on East side???? Read more
Everything was made immediately after we ordered & brought to our vehicle straight after it was done. All the employees were... friendly, and were taking all possible safety measures to protect both customers & employees, which we greatly appreciate! Was treated extremely rude by the cashier. I?ve usually had a great experience here but the host that wouldn?t give me her name... had rushed my order even after I apologized for making a difficult order told me she just wanted to get my order down and bedone. April is very kind and helps all the time but the white lady with brown hair needs to learn some customer serviceetiquette and if she doesn?t want to learn that needs to consider getting a different job.
