I've been there before and never had any problems, but two weeks ago I went through drive thru and ordered a large fab caramel... with a shot. Also 6 doughnuts and the doughnuts were so hard old like worse than day old. The fab was so not balanced it tastedlike more shot than caramel so I returned the doughnuts before even leaving the window. They look really mad. After all thedoughnuts are like $700 for 6 doughnuts. I should have returned the drink too. Want go back. Starbucks across the street. Waited 10 min being the only one inside restaurant without taking my order. At least 6-7 employees behind counter talking,... putting up pointless supplies. Stood there without being acknowledged for 10 min. Not a first time experiencing poor managementof employees or training in this place. SERVICE SUCKED when I picked up my 4 dozen assorted donut order. Managers, please let these young people stay at home with their... Mamas if they don't want to be at work. It's all over them, in their body language and the way they talk to customers. You DOKNOW y'all are not the only (or even best) donut shop around, right? I used to love this place but the past couple of months I?ve continuously received watered down flavorless coffee. Its really... disappointing because Dunkin used to be my go to for coffee. I wouldn?t recommend. EDIT- Rude employees I went to Dunkin and Iasked for liquid sugar in my ice coffee and they put regular sugar. I went around once and had it fixed and got regular sugaragain So I went inside and said I wanted it with liquid sugar and the girl behind the counter told me it did have liquid sugarand I said no and pointed at the layer of sugar at the bottom. She tried telling me it was caramel ???? then had an attitudewhile remaking my drink. When she was done she sat it on the counter and walked off. I cant stand this place anymore. Always so good! Coffee is the best! This location is always busy in the morning. I wish they would put another location in... dalton. Despite being busy they are always pretty fast! I usually hear the manager cheering on the team while I'm there and thatis great to hear. I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches, a couple coffees, hash browns (my favorite) and munchkins. Been in this place a few time and service has been horrible. Went this afternoon and the young girl had the deer look when I... place light and sweet coffee. Then this guy came iver to the register and started to help another customer with an issue in themiddle of my order abd the young lady just waljed away. This afternoon waiting almost 30 mins online.
