The whole place was quite scattered. We placed our order at 6:00-6:30 p.m. on the website, we also had to completely redo... imputing our order because the website would not allow us to make the transaction. Around 7:02 it said our order was beingquality checked. Fast forward to 7:58 and it?s still being quality checked, that is when we get suspicious. We call in and weare notified that the delivery time was expected to be in four hours due to the football game happening tonight. They had ourphone number and could have notified us any time sooner, but chose not to. So, we leave to go pick it up. We get there and arenotified that they had to toss our whole order out because it exceeded the health and safety time limit. We had to wait about 20minutes for everything to be remade and then we left. We get home, get into our food, and then realize that one of the custompastas we had ordered lacked any sauce. The pasta had everything that was supposed to be in it, but completely lacked sauce.This is no joke. We checked how the custom pasta works and no matter what, some sort of sauce, Alfredo by default, should havecome with it. We?re incredibly disappointed in their disorganization of this establishment. Why would you make the food if itwas expected to be delivered in four hours? Why would you not contact us upon making our food and knowing it will take fourhours to be delivered? How does your lack of initiative benefit anyone? Please do better in the future. Read more

I'm not eating here ever again. The food is fine, but I'm allergic to cinnamon. I like their garlic twists, but TWICE now,... they've given me cinnamon twists instead. And this time I went in. And yes, I had a little Karen moment when I went in. Ihanded the lady at the counter the box & told her I couldn't have them because I'm allergic to them. And I told them to payattention. They fixed it, but they made sure to try & put the blame on me for their mistake. I even showed my receipt. Theytold me how to order in the future so that doesn't happen again. So I told them they should pay attention & do their job. Thenthis woman FOLLOWS ME TO MY CAR to tell me not to throw things at the CSR. I never threw anything. I wasn't even aggressive.They can watch the cameras if they want. But I'm not going back there. They do not conduct business with integrity. Read more
These guys are on the ball and the quality is top notch. Domino's in general over the past years has gotten so much better, but... this store specifically has a great team driving me to order pizza back to back nights... Keep up the great work! ???? Read more
Unbelievably horrible experience. Placed our order at 8:02 PM. It is now 926 and our order has still not arrived. We are... literally nine minutes from the location. I called the store and was given a bunch of excuses about why it?s so late. I can?ttell you how the pizza tastes, because of course it isn?t here yet. First and last time??? Read more
Ordered 2 med pizza for delivery on Sat. Feb. 12. Waited 2 hrs was told 4 times it was on its way . I only live 8 min. from... store. After 2 hrs ask for money to be returned. Was very reluctant stating it was in route by this time it was 10 p.m.. Had torequest money back 3 to 4 times before Ramone said so you want to cancel. Yes. Stated 3 to 5 days to get money back. They werenot helpful and in the end just completely dropped customer service. Read more
Because I am sick, I ordered pizza for my kids... just after 5pm. Our neighbor?s pizza arrived at our house about an hour... later, but no one seems to know where ours is. We delivered our neighbor?s pizza to them and called about our order. Thegeneral manager said that they could refund our money or remake our order. No discount. No apology. I am now waiting outsideDomino?s with three hungry boys two hours after I ordered pizza. Read more
