Person taking order was rude, she had to break away from putting sauce in small individual cups to take our order.. My husband... went up there and got 2 of them and she you should have asked for that at the counter in a smart tone, when he asked her whatshe said, she looked away and wouldn't answer. There were 3 people at the table talking and filling the containers drinkingcoffee and talking and acting like they were in their living room instead of working and we were first ones so its not like theywere super busy. If this type of customer service continues. I do not see Captain D's in Dalton being very successful for muchlonger. Read more
The service was good, the food hot and fresh. I gave a five star to the cashier/manager. She is an excellent customer service... person. I didn't get her name but her tag said manager. Horrible wait at drive rhrough-12 minutes, and I was on my lunch break. The girl was polite. When I open my plate, this is what... I got for $6.93. I order the fish and shrimp Express lunch substituted fries for mac and cheese, had to pay an extra $0.49 forthe mac and cheese, and the picture shows what I got minus one hush puppy that I ate because I was so hungry. If in a hurry i don't recommend this place. Its usually packed and slow getting food. Very good though and is worth the wait if... you have time. I have had pretty much everything on there menu and have enjoyed it all. I just don't care for there chicken thatmuch. There sweet tea is pretty good as well! They have healthy choices too from entrees to sides. Read more
The place could use a good make over it has been the same decor for years but food is still great and service is great
