Ordered a breakfast plate with sausage and got bacon. The bacon tastes like bad beef jerky. Got a very fatty pork chop biscuit... and bo rounds that were so hard they could break a window. With prices being as high as they are we should definitely get betterproduct. The people in the drive thru were kind so that's a plus. My husband and I have been sick and did not feel like takingthe food back to the store. We are what we could but had to throw most of it away. We are very disappointed. Read more
They lock their doors even though there is a huge sign that says "come on in dining room is open". Just take down the sign if it... isn't really open. I had a curbside order, and when I got there, the drive thru was really full but my food had already beendone for 10 minutes. They continued to take another 10 minutes to get my food out so they can tend to the drive thru. The foodwas really cold and they forgot my condiments. Overall an awful experience Read more
I was looking forward to fried chicken and thought Bojangles! Went to wash my hands but after seeing how filthy the bathroom was... I walked out. It wasn't messy from one dirty customer but from our neglect. If the bathroom looked like that, I would hate tosee the kitchen. Most Bojangles are great places. Definately a manager issue. Read more
This Bojangles is absolutely the best Bojangles in Dalton, Georgia. The food is always very fresh. Extra points go out to... Fred. He has great customer service skills. I wish more people working in the restaurant industry were like him. I can see hetakes great pride in his work. Read more
This place is a dumpster fire, In the past even the Manager was rude and didn't care that the order was wrong, sweet tea wasn't... sweet, beans hard, gravy was water not mixed and no sausage...then on lunch meals included 1 side and no biscuits so gavealmost $9 for 2 tenders and a side?????????They have very few people that are decent and respectful however, the others willmore than likely run them off. Since Covid orders are wrong, different recipes, sign state dining room open , yet all doors arelocked ,saw elderly trying to come in and let drive thru person know to change his sign and he said he's aware......rudely. Ihave been at the drive thru and heard staff cursing and talking nasty...Who does this and keeps allowing this ? If people don'tvalue their job and respect fire them! Shut the place down! I'll gladly go somewhere else and spend my hard earned money! Btw Iworked at the one on Cleveland Hwy years ago when i was 14, Its not rocket science, if i could make the recipes and have thecustomer service its work ethic.....I just don't understand where the respect and work ethic went in the last 2 years. I amalways respectful and appreciate what people do. But this place isn't horrible all the time just about 95% . Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Got home and there was literally only mayo, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. No chicken patty.... Several calls to the store for a replacement/refund went unanswered. Not going back. Read more
Got breakfast here as a request for a birthday. Order, pay, then I'm asked to pull up and wait. 10 minutes and 9 cars go by. I... go back to the window. Lady working laughs at me and says "I forgot". No apology, not anything. Just a laugh. So my food isn'thot, my drink is diluted and I'm out the fuel I wasted while waiting. I won't waste my time coming here again Read more
