Portions very small and expensive for a restaurant in a strip mall in between a mattress store and a UPS. The sushi is fresh and... I’d give it 3 stars for taste if the service was better. The staff including owner are unfriendly and almost rude. Won’t begoing back. Read more

My favorite sushi spot in Dallas. Their house made spicy Mayo and the cilantro sauce are two of my personal faves. I’ve never... had a miss on their menu and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Read more

My partner and I came here after a recommendation. We ordered nigiri and rolls. The tuna toro ($25) had grey in the fish, and... all of the rolls we ordered were messy and haphazardly made. The king crab roll ($28) had shell in the rolls and the waitresssaid that they needed “proof” to take it back, so we ended up digging through the roll to find the proof. There was a piecewithout crab in it. The salmon nigiri was good and the other nigiri were fine — none were fishy. Read more

Yutaka Sushi Bistro is a Dallas staple. Their sushi, sake, and other food is very high quality. It may seem pricey to some,... but it is definitely worth it. Space is limited, so if you want to come during peak hours, I would recommend a reservation. Read more

Incredibly, you can find such an authentic and tasty sushi place downtown! This one can rank top 3 in downtown Japanese... restaurants. Sushi(seafood) is fresh. Cozy and good service. Sushi is traditional style. But I love the black cod shumai cuz youcan’t find it in any other Japanese restaurant. Read more

The atmosphere was very good, the service a little slow, but quality and price definitely below standards of a good Sushi... joint. I lived in Hawaii for 10+ years and know average, good, and excellent food. This is not worth the price in my opinion. The rolls were not cut even and were loose rolled(look at pics). Unfortunately I do not recommend going here and will not in thefuture. Website is outdated, not accurate prices or current menu. Not good business. Call it as I see it... Read more

Best sushi in town. Yutaka is a master chef and let's you know if you are allowed to use soy sauce on what you're eating or not.... Be aware of what it costs what you order or you can be unpleasantly surprised by a high bill. Enjoy the food! Yutaka knows whathe's doing and prepares sushi with a passion! Read more
