Terrible service does not answee the phone at all they really mess up orders and never fix or refund
They got our delivery order so wrong. Fries were a different seasoning than the one we asked for. We didn't received the bone in... thighs, and none of the ranch that comes in the combo meal was put in our delivery bag. Here's a tip, if you order from the appnear the downtown area, it's probably going to go to this resturant. Just look up the numbers of the other two nearby wingstop,and order from there instead you'll probably have a better response and service than this location, especially since the numberlisted here doesn't seem connected so there's no way to contact this restaurant. I wish I could give negative stars. They gave us an incomplete order and what we did receive wasn?t even correct. There?s no... working number listed so you can?t even call to have the issue fixed. Corporate needs to do something about this location. Read more
Ordered Wingstop last night at 9pm. It doesn?t tell you on the app how long it will take for delivery until after you submit... your order. Said it would take over 2 hours to have the order delivered on a Wednesday night. Attempted to call the store over10 times to try and cancel the order because I work early in the morning and couldn?t stay up that late. Wouldn?t answer thephone. Tried calling the other store to see if they could help and they said no. I?ve given this store multiple chances and thatwas the last straw. Do NOT order from this store. They won?t answer phone. They have Uber set up but the time has pushed back over 30 min. Super sketch. Don?t use this location... go somewhere else. It will be worth the drive and you won?t waste your money. Uber won?t let us cancel the order withoutcharging us fees like a restock fee, etc. totaling 30+ dollars. Read more
