Tried to order 10 piece bone-in. Requested to have 5 drums for Louisiana Rub and 5 flats for Lemon pepper. First I was told... it?s not possible. Then I told them I have ordered that way before, at this location and other locations as well and there wasno issue. Then I am told by the same person that there would be an extra charge for that. The manager also said the samething, an extra charge! This is a ridiculous way to lose a customer who regularly enjoys Wingstop. Update: I went to anotherlocation and was able to get exactly what I asked for, no hassle, no issue, and no extra charge. See the receipt below. Thisparticular staff and this particular manager at the 10910 N US 75-Central Expy 1000, Dallas TX 75231 needed to be trained on howto use the system and better at customer service. As I stated above, I have gone to multiple Wingstop locations throughout themetroplex and never once had any issue. Read more

Picked up my food around 10 and they were already closing down every fryer but one. I watched the cooks re fry already cooked... French fries. I get home and my wings are literally covered in grease and of course my fries and crispy then ever. Everyoneknows wingstop fries are soggy. Mine were crisp. Spent 35 dollars on wings just to have to taste like old grease. I called andthe girl working the front told me thats how they are supposed to be like I never ordered from wingstop before. She gave me thenumber to corporate to complain. If she is a manager like she says she needs to be demoted. Worst wings I ever had in my life.Terrible customer service and terrible wings. Very disappointing. My kids usually love their wings and fries and wouldn't finish1 wing or even eat those burnt toasty fries.. Taste like old grease. Someone needs to be watching these bums working tonight.They need a leader in there that cares about customer satisfaction. I have videos and pictures to upload if need be. I want mymoney back. Pizza hut has better wings then what I had tonight. Just a shame. Every employee there deserves to be let gotonight. Just pathetic. Find a new closing manager that little kid is no good. Food was fine. Though, you feel a rush by employees to leave before midnight, even though you're still eating there.

Very disappointment today. SO I called in as usual and ordered 10 piece lemon pepper well done, all flats with ranch. The lady... read back my order over the phone. So when I got home it was 10 piece lemon pepper crispy and it was drummettes in there and noflats. Called the wingstop and the lady read back what I actually got. When taking orders over the phone put in what thecustomer ask for. When I called back the lady was nice but still who ever takes the order get it right please and thank you. This was the first time my order was actually wrong hopefully. Read more

My first experience wasn?t that great, but my husband and I decided to give this location another try and I can honestly say... they have turned things around for the good! I?m not sure if they are under new management, but our most recent experience wasabsolutely awesome. We ordered through Door Dash & our food was fresh and tasty! I love how they secured our drinks and foodwith a seal, so you know no one can tamper with it. For now on, this is where we will continue to order our wings. Read more

Veronica is awesome! Very helpful and really seems to enjoy her job. She has the attitude of I can do it. I requested fresh... fries as every time I come to this location they have not been fresh. But tonight she really turned my experience around and Ireally enjoyed my meal. After tendering my order she mentioned it would be like 18 min. I don?t mind waiting longer for freshfood, to get what I requested. She smiled and our order came out in like 5 min and even brought it to my table. It wasincredible!!! Everything was fresh. Shout out to the guy in the back for cooking the orders all by himself. Upon departure Icomplimented Veronica on her great service in front of her manager who didn?t even acknowledge the great experience. The managerdidn?t seem to be involved at all and seemed like she could care less. I hope Veronica gets to move up someday and have her ownstore. If she ever does in Dallas somewhere I would drive to her location to have a smiling experience all over again. Read more
