This location do not deserve any stars. Fries was cold and no seasoning. Asked for well done wings and they were not cooked well... done but rather undercooked. Will take my business to America Best Wings. Wingstop have fallen off. Had same issue before andtried to give them another chance but I am done after tonight. Read more

Ordered delivery, 24 wings, received 8. Called 4 times (staff kept hanging up on me) arrived in person, had to wait 30 minutes... to finally get my order. The original order was placed at 8 pm, I did not get my complete order until 10:30 pm. No additionalitems or even a drink for how much of my time this took, I'll be spending my money elsewhere moving forward. Read more

Dont know who the cook was at this time, but the fries was super salty to the point i could not taste my new chicken sandwich. I... love food and give reviews to every eatery that i sit down in. 0 stars!! Tamia(GM) is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I received my order and found that my wings and fries were cold. My... 20 piece wing(4 different flavors) were stuffed into one box. I called asking for a refund and was told by a Shift Lead that Iwould receive a store credit. When I went to use the credit I waited about forty minutes before Tamia came and told me I wouldnot be receiving my food because I didn?t have a receipt. I showed her my receipt, then she said I don?t have a credit. This wasafter she called her shift lead on FaceTime and her shift lead confirmed that what I was saying was true and that she did grantme a credit. She then went to the back of the store and told the cashier to come tell me that I wasn?t getting my food and toleave her lobby or she was calling the police. She literally talked to me for thirty seconds then walked away, stayed in theback, and refused to talk to me. I didn?t raise my voice or disrespect anyone. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Employee in front, Zoey, doesn't acknowledge you are there; lobby full of people and after I just... told her on my own that I paid for an online order she still took her sweet slow time barely straightening up the drink areabefore she asked for my name. Keep in mind they close at 11 and I ordered at 10:20. She then goes in the kitchen, comes backout, prints my order and then says "You got 10 minutes." It's already 11. I'll NEVER return to this very sorry, very ratchetlocation. The hood deserves better. Read more

Every time I come here it?s a problem, the employees are so getto and ratchet. I been tryin to call for a hour and they will... pick the phone up and put it on the counter. They don?t answer it just take it off the hook, and when they fill like you hung upthey will hang it up. So I drive up here, and ya it?s a couple people here but not enough for them not to answer the phone for awhole hour. But when I get here the lady say they do that when it?s real busy, but it wasn?t. Then they tell me the wait time isa hour and a half. ??????????? They are so rude, they don?t kno how to speak to customers. This is my last time coming here,wingstop at this location will never see my money again. Read more

They do not great customers when they come in. They don?t help them and ask what do they need. The totally ignore all customers.... There is absolutely no customer service. Horrible customer service. Need to hire new staff or tell them how to do their job Andhow to provide great customer service. Waited wayyy too long for a order that was placed on line. Don't even waste your time to come here, worst service ever. I order online at 8:35 vía the app which said that it would take... 57-62 min. I received a message that my order was completed and headed to pick my order, I arrived at 9:43 pm, when ask for it,the lady went and look for it it wasn't even ready. I was told that it will be ready in another 10 min., I stated that my appshow me completed at 9:34 and she just laughed and told me that they have been busy. I'm still here waiting will come back withan update shortly. Will see how much more......alright it's 9:55 and I just got my order after 1 hr and 20 later.... Read more
