Great food, but wait time was horrible. I ordered online and went to pick it up. They still didn?t have it ready and were so... backed up on orders and under staffed. It was almost 1.5 hours by the time I finally got my order. Careful when you go causethey might be understaffed. Read more
Worst experience ever, ordered via the app and waited about an hour for it to be delivered, once delivered i noticed none of my... orders had fries so i asked driver about my fries and they said all they got was whatever they gave them. Tried to call and noone answered. I had to drive to the restaurant. Once there i had to show them the receipt on the app. After that i had to waitalmost another hour for 4 orders of fries. There were also a few customers there after me who had wrong or incomplete orders. Used to go to the Wingstop off of 30 and Buckner as well as the Ross one because they?re closer to me, but this has now become... my favorite spot! Extra crispy/fry seasoning actually means that here, and any time I order something I can rely on it beingcorrect. Ordered for dine in, cashier told me 19 minutes. And I asked about my order at 30 minutes after my receipt time. Which she told... me they were waiting on fries, and I replied that it has been 30 minutes and she ignored me. I get my food and it is not fresh,the wings were not hot and they were already soggy from the sauce, and the fries were limp. If I wanted the food like this Iwould have ordered to go. FYI I kept observing and they cater to mobile, delivery orders. Also they don?t answer the phones,they let them ring. Ordered online and wingstop staff called and advised me meal was ready. Staff was professional and had great customer ... service. Upon arrival,I was greeted with smiles. They verified my name and my food was already ready for pickup. I orderedthe new chicken sandwich and it was amazing. It was juicy, thick and tasty. I had the hickory bbq sandwich.
