We ordered at this location because it was 10 minutes from our place and didn?t want to drive to Seagoville where they NEVER... disappoint. We spent $40 worth of wings that were completely dried out, the wings had hardly any sauce on them. In fact, I gotclassic atomic wings and they weren?t even completely covered. I thought okay I can dip my wings in the extra sauce from thebox..But there was none. I am 100% disappointed because my daughter wanted to eat wings for her birthday dinner and that waseven spoiled. Round of applause for ruining her birthday dinner. We will never go back to this location and it?s sad that I eventake it this far with writing a review because it takes a lot for me to go to this extreme. What happened to good quality now aday? Wasnt greeted upon entering, waited 5 mins before taking order, when finally ordered, the gentleman had a attitude, chicken... sandwich was dry, the bread hard, the wings over cooked, and fries undercooked and sweet/salty. Ghetto and unsanitary. Save your money. My order was wrong after waiting 45 minutes and it still wasn?t good. They will also... argue with you about a refund and turn off the lobby lights if you don?t leave. One star is generous. Read more
Just Picked up my order and was short about 10 bone-in Lemmon pepper wings, I tried to call 3 times and there was no answer. I... ordered a 50 wing combo. Disappointing to say the least. I feel this is a franchised location. But I was in the location lastnight has well and the moral and vibes from the workers, was very unwelcoming and the customer service was poor. We were given rancid ranch, I opened it and it smelled awful. Ordered my wings well done and wet and instead received flabby wet... wings...barely cooked all the way. I ordered my fries to be extra crispy with extra seasoning and got soggy fries that werecompletely unseasoned. No one at this location ever answers the phone which is very inconvenient. Why allow customers to makemodifications through the app if you're just going to ignore them and give them whatever you want to give?! Their site doesn'toffer all of the flavors that it should. I just want to say the wings in Dallas are definitely different from the wings in LA. I don?t know if it?s the seasoning or the... cook time but Dallas does it for me!!! I am kind of salty about the cashier not warming my brownie. They are usually always warmbut she claimed they cannot warm them.
