Ordered three combos, my husband arrive to the establishment and flies are flying everywhere, drink machines are down, orders... are delayed, customers are upset because of lack of communication and not being organized. Wingstop just isn't the same anymore. It was so chaotic and there was no kind of organization people were standing and sitting... anywhere they could while they waited. Not something you want to get into on a Friday night when you're tired and ready to gohome and relax.. we waited 30 minutes and after all that we got home the order was wrong and the food was cold and we only livearound the corner. I wanted to say that Sharilyn did an exceptional job taking care of customers that came in to pay/pick up orders get drinks... answer phones all with amazing customer service. Even though she had no help from anyone else when I was there she stayed coolcalm and collected and made sure everyone was happy and went above and beyond for that WOW customer service you look for. Imade sure to let her know she did a great job and we appreciated her hard work. Now for the food review I have it 3 starsbased on the temp of the food. The fries were cool and really had no flavor to them as the usually do. The wings were decent. Read more
First of all they neeeeveeer answer the phone so you only get to order order online. After ordering online I picked up my order?... Got home opened the box and omg no sauce at all on the wings !! ?.see the pictures no sauce at all, all wings were very dry. Saddly this is not the first time this happends. This happend before and the employee just gave me the sauce on the side and thewings got cold. ????Employees are just walking around, drinking soda, eating, texting and talking about no work related stuff.This is the second this happens after 3 months, I decided to try this place again, but this is constantly happens. I just rathernot be coming back at this location and drive to another location like the one on i30and buckner, I have been there severaltimes before and never have any issues. something needs to be done at this place like having a manager at the front counter areaand make sure they answer the phone and having a person making sure at least the wings get some sauce.
