I love Wingstop, especially 6130 Greenville Ave and 3400 Lombardy locations, always cooked to perfection and good service. But... at this location, the boneless wings I bought on Tuesday afternoon ( 25 Oct 2022) , they were cooked terrible. The chickeninside was still ice cold, but the breading was overly crisp, and had a burnt taste. Also, I ordered not "to go" but inside andthey misunderstood me , and handed me a to go bag instead of a serving tray. I was not happy with quality of Coke fromelectronic soda fountain at that location, I'm afraid. I would have complained to counter, but I had to catch the DART bus. Wingstop is one of the best Chicken Wing franchises and stays competitive with the top tier. Every time I try a new flavor... it’s really good and whenever I go for the classics they’re also refreshingly great. The staff at this location is superfriendly and provide amazing customer service do not listen to the haters. I had to go back twice for dinner yesterday and todaybecause the wings were so damn good. Try the Korean flavor and Lemon pepper you will not regret it. I generally order online andshow up at the right time as the wings come out fresh, technology is amazing and the food culture in this city is LEGIT. Read more
I went to pick up my Wingstop order, I was on the phone with my sister and she said get the voodoo fries of which I didn’t... know anything about. The night manager said you haven’t had voodoo fries. Well you’re going to try them tonight! She hadthem make me an order and I was very pleased with this concoction of flavors. Lulu was so pleasant and funny and made sure I gotto experience the voodoo fries, she has a smile as big as Texas and a her personality is Texas size also! It was awesome!!! Read more
