My last time ordering here. Why is everyone in this store so mad and have such terrible customer service when they are the ones... that mess up the orders?!?? I ordered online and my p/u time was 9pm. I was in the store at 9pm and my whole order was stonecold and the fries were stiff. Ended up waiting for fresh fries (that I?m nervous to eat) and will have to microwave my wings.Would ask for a refund but I ordered in the app and that would be another battle. Tried placing order no one answer . Show up to location and place my order. Not knowing it will be a one hour wait for one... chiken sandwich. Don't recommend this location to anyone. Better management needed . Read more
People were nice, professional and friendly. They even had a rude customer and were able to give my order.
The worst customer service including the manager this was the afternoon shift they looked as if they just didn?t want to work or... help customers and gave my food so sloppy .. all I saw was the employees just talking and having conversations of other thingsother than job description. This particular day the cook was showing off! Wings and fries were cooked to perfection!
This Wing Stop location gets one star and that is just for being consistent. The wings are consistently undercooked, the fries... are consistently undercooked and cold, the wings are consistently over sauced, the men?s restroom consistently has an inch ofwater and urine on the floor, the soda machine is consistently mixed poorly and you are consistently wading through a puddle ofice and water to get to it. Somehow, and no clue how, they manage to keep the tables clean. I am truly amazed by this. Andwhen I say clean, I do not mean clean. But clean enough to sit at. There are usually a few crumbs and grease marks here andthere, but from how they run other aspects of this business, it?s a miracle. They overload their fryer baskets and the friestell that story. And they overload the wing baskets cause they are soggy, nasty re-cooks; that never actually crisp orrender. If this location was my first experience at a Wing Stop, I would never visit another one. Poor service all around. The wings were over cooked. No cheese on the garlic Parmesan. The fries were soggy. Had to bake them... When I got home. They didn't even get the drinks right: flat Cokes. Wasted $25. We are submitting this review to corporate. Read more
