I would love to give this place my hard earned money. The chicken is good and it's super convenient. The past 2 times I've been... there the dread head guy in the front is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! I asked this man "Hello how are you?" His response was "busy, whatyou need ma'am..." My mother has had a terrible experience with his customer service while getting wings for my son's birthdayparty. I'm surprised I'm not seeing as many reports about this particular individual. As long as he's is there, I refuse to goback. I support black business all day long but the customer service?!!! GREASY & THE WRONG ORDER. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VINCENT LA DON MOORE. VINCENT IS THE GUY WITH THE LOCS. I ordered spicy... Cajun ranch wings and fries, and when I arrived 10 minutes after my pick up time Vincent said the order wasn't ready. He told meto sit down while he cooked them. I noticed an order on the table for pick up. 6 minutes later he gives me the order heprepared.. I go home and notice the order is for someone else and it's Honey Lemon Pepper with Lemon Pepper fries. I drive backto Wings World to get the correct order. Vincent says "you were rushing me. I made the wrong order". I asked him if the order onthe table was mine. He looks at the bag, and grabs the bag. Vincent proceeded to switch out what looked like the bag, but itturns out he puts the order I brought BACK to him into the bag. He hands me the bag. I asked, "Am I good?" he replied, "yes". Iget home to find THE SAME ORDER in the bag I just brought back to him: Honey Lemon Pepper. I called the store and Vincent argueswith me and tells me he gave me the right food then says "just come get your food ma'am!" SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! GO ELSEWHERE. Read more

I like the flavor of chicken wings I get but the fries are almost always over salted ,They took the Jerk wings off the menu and... First time in Wing World and YOU have to go! It?s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The lemon pepper wings is to die... for. IT WAS FIRE!!
