Nothing worse than having your late day at work end with you picking up your food, only to be told the machine is down. I was... asked if i had cash, in which I didn?t, so me and my kid walked out with no food bc of their inconvenience. In my opinion, itshould?ve been given to us simply because we placed an order in advance. If we were placing at the time, I?d totally understand,but I was left to drive home to another side of town, no food, trying to figure out a new plan for the both of us.
