I don?t know who is keeping this place in business but how are you disgusting while I?m intoxicated? Lol me and my wife paid $40... for 2 meals and I only finished my fries. The chicken was slimy and didn?t taste like they were cooked long enough. My wifedidn?t finish anything from the chicken to the strange tasting Mac n Cheese. We spent $40 5/8/22 on 3 large to go daiquiri things, it was the Pina colada. And they handed them to us sealed, gave us straws.... THERE WERE BUG PIECES ALL IN THEM it was absolutely disgusting. We didn't realize till we got back to our room. Expensive waste.They probably have just younger people there that do not care about actually maintaining or cleaning equipment so I'm assumingit's just bad management since no one is making sure that gets done. You're in a good location, busy area and you're blowing it.We visited so many places last night on our trip and every other place we went was so great so wing bucket was a hugedisappointment. Ordered wings (of course) the chicken was extremely dry. We couldn?t really tell any of the sauces apart, they all tasted the... same. Had too order a salad to replace my wings and the chicken that came with my salad was wayyyyyy better than my wings, whichis sad because I?m sure people only come here for WINGS but JUICY WINGS. Wingbucket is my favorite wing restaurant. Period. It's so affordable for the quality and size of the meat. The sauces are top... tier and the service is always amazing and consistent. Wow, what an embarrassment of a restaurant. I was so excited to try this place and have never been so let down by pathetic... service at a new restaurant in deep ellum. We ordered our food and 25 minutes later they had served people before and after usbut never even noticed we had no food. During this time the cook was on his phone, two women were standing around doing nothing,and only 1 young lady did everything there. We asked about the food and they couldn't find our ticket then asked us for ourreceipt then, after a few minutes, came back and asked what we had even ordered. This was the manager, priscilla (she left a lieof a 5star review), and she didnt say sorry or what had happened but felt it was ok to be super rude. We asked for a refund atthis point, which took them 5 minute because they don't even know how to do it. They never apologized or said literally anythingto us. I will never go back to this terrible establishment again after this inexcusable service provided and management,especially after JUST opening. What a shame. Read more
The honey chipotle wings were hot out the kitchen and exploding with flavor!!! The customer service was great and friendly. The... guy who took our order was helpful since we were from out of state. The atmosphere was excellent too nothing beats pounding backsome amazing wings and delicious fries while jamming to hard rock. Read more
